Dear All,
A big welcome to Richard Bannister and Richard Jackson of Virtronix.
They supply 3D imaging in an online space that supports your image and Marketing.
Introducing Virtronix – specialists in creating 3D, 360° and aerial tours and virtual reality
experiences. Set up in 2017 by two Richards – Richard Bannister (Brookmans Park) and
Richard Jackson (Welham Green) – they are a small local business with a big ambition; to
digitise the world!
“ We don’t just want to make a virtual tour for a business to tick that marketing box… ” says
Richard Jackson “ …we believe in creating a ‘digital twin’ of a space which works just as hard
as a physical building or staff. Adding media-rich interactive hotspots creates an immersive
and engaging experience which can drive conversion and ultimately lead to higher sales; it’s
not just about a set of pretty pictures (although they do look rather good if we say so
ourselves.”
Using a combination of technologies ranging from 3D scanning, 360° photography, aerial
drones to virtual reality creation and animations – they can digitally recreate your business to
share around the world, without a large budget or long lead-times.
“ People are always pleasantly surprised when we tell them how inexpensive it is and how
quickly we can pull it all together for the quality we’re able to provide ” explains Richard
Bannister.
While it is always exciting taking on new projects further afield, the two Richards are
delighted to become a part of the Welwyn Hatfield Chamber, having both been residents in
the area for a combined total of 30 years.
Virtronix is an active member of the University of Hertfordshire Business Incubation project
and has already digitised a number of local landmarks and businesses in the Welwyn
Hatfield area, including St Mary’s Church, North Mymms, The Folly Arch at Brookmans Park,
North Mymms Memorial Hall to name but a few. You can view these (and other projects) at
the portfolio page on their website: virtronix.co.uk
“We’re looking forward to meeting and working with other local businesses and helping do
our bit to further promote our area with the wider world.” Richard B & Richard J.
