Ian Miller, an ex Scotts Guard and Highland Games Champion is bringing the Highland games down from Inverness to Gosling Sports Stadium, one of our many little gems in Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield.
Come and See Highland Dancing, Caber Tossing, Hammer throwing, Weight over the Bar, Running and Jumping, all supported by a magnificent Marching Pipe Band.

This is one for all the family with Special Kids Activities through out the day.

The Children’s Fun Day starts at 9am with athletics, running and jumping – if time some throwing.
Children pay £1 to enter as many events as they want and there are medals for the winners.
Entrance to the stadium is FREE.
We will be giving a full schedule of all events from the Fun Day to the Highland Games.
The Highland Games opens at 12 noon with marching pipe bands and highland dancers
There will be 8 different throwing events and a special Toss The Welly for the mums and dads.
Athletes are from Australia, Germany, Wales, England and Scotland, both men and women.
