2. Have a business interruption insurance policy
3. Are a limited company or a sole trader

This is a no win no fee service, but there are fees if they are successful, so if your insurance company looks like paying out, then this might not be for you. If on the other hand you are getting the run around and or don’t want to wait and see what happens also, you do not have to have had your claim rejected by your insurers, before you take action. There may well be VAT on the service, so if you are not Vat Registered, take that into account.
