We are pleased to confirm that Nicholas Lambert will be speaking, about the Hertfordshire Regiment, and his book “To war with the Old Gent”, about the First World War, that explores the courage and camraderie of the Worcestershire Regiment. Robert Wedgebury’s (Our ABF Committee’s Treasurer retired) father, features prominently in the book.

Dear Members and ABF Supporters,
The Curry Lunch is back! We are celebrating the 80th Anniversary of the ABF, and the D-Day landings that liberated Europe.
We will be guests of Haileybury School, and all proceeds will go to the ABF – The Army Benevolent Fund.
Tickets are £30 a head, with Table bookings at £300 for a table of ten.
Robert Voss our Lord Lieutenant, will be our guest of Honour and representing His Majesty the King.
We look forward to welcoming you to Haileybury.
The event is being held in Big School which is opposite the main Cricket Field.
There is plenty for Free parking, and for anyone who needs to park near the venue, spaces are available. Haileybury is Wheelchair Friendly.
