The illustrations in the video I found extremely useful in understanding the importance of building customer trust, including when to bring in new products/services. Keywords for me today were the following: Promise- Trusts and identifying the future needs of clients. Nick, has developed and produced amazing business videos that are helping me to understand in the most simple way – how to brand and market my business.

This video shows the overlapping products’ life cycle curves and makes it clear why you need to have the new products ready before the older ones are at peak maturity. It then shows the product development, and how new products arise from the loop of internal/external comms, team innovation and customer feedback. The trick will be translating this to our own different business situations!
